Schedule appointments anytime including evenings and weekends. When you schedule an appointment online not during our regular office hours, we will be there for you.

New Patient registration procedure
1. Click the Schedule An Appointment link at the top right of the page.
2. Click on either the ‘Quick Sign Up’ or ‘Enrollment’ tabs and fill out the required information to create a user name and password.
3. Select “New Patient Visit”.
4. Continue following the instructions for scheduling an appointment.
5. You will receive email notification regarding your registration and upcoming appointment.
6. Read the Cohen Chiropractic Practice Policies.
7. Print off and sign the Signature Page.
8. Bring the Signature Page with you to your appointment.
Appointment scheduling procedure

2. Click on your desired appointment.
3. Follow the instructions for scheduling an appointment
4. You will receive email notification regarding your appointment.
Email
Email communication is encouraged. Dr. Cohen regularly replies to email within an hour. It is appropriate to use your regular email address, but information passed through most email is unsecured and not encrypted. Sensitive information should be conveyed to your doctor by phone or during an office visit.
Phone Calls
Please call the office at anytime with questions or anything regarding your care. If you reach the voice mail please leave a message, as the doctor at Cohen Chiropractic regularly replies to phone messages within the hour. An email reply will be sent when appropriate. All scheduling is made through our online appointment scheduler, but we are more than happy to walk you through the steps if you are having trouble.
